Transaxis Energy Limited was incorporated in Nigeria and works from Abuja.
Nigerian conglomerate
Energy, ships, capital, and homes.
Axis Group holds four companies to one standard of ownership. Transaxis Energy moves fuel. Transaxis Maritime handles ships and cargo. Transaxis Investment holds the capital, including its interest in the energy company. The Axis Apartment develops apartment homes and stays with them after people move in.
Litres of diesel and gasoline delivered to construction and infrastructure clients.
Trucks managed in-house, with safety kit and delivery tracking.
MMSCFD under development, with five daughter stations planned beside it.
Operating companies
Four companies, one group.
Energy, maritime, investment and homes. Each keeps its own work. Axis Group is the name that holds them.
Fuel, fleets and the next fuel.
An indigenous energy company on Nigeria’s midstream and downstream chain: bulk PMS and AGO, an internal tanker fleet, solar-hybrid retail stations, lubricants, and CNG infrastructure now in development.
- Corporate and emergency bulk supply
- Retail stations on solar-hybrid power
- Tank farms, depots and forecourts
- LPG, and a 5.67 MMSCFD CNG mother station
Ships, cargo and the quay.
The group’s marine company, incorporated in Nigeria in 2011. It handles vessel calls, cargo and the paperwork of a port, and it is the water-side partner when energy product moves by sea.
- Vessel agency and port calls
- Dry and liquid cargo, including petroleum
- Chartering support and laytime
- Documents that can be shown to a terminal
Capital, held on purpose.
The investment company of the group. It holds the stake in Transaxis Energy and is where a new business is examined before it is asked to operate under the Axis name.
- Shareholding in Transaxis Energy
- Capital for maritime and for homes
- A written case before money moves
- Holdings kept separate from day-to-day desks
Apartment homes, kept after handover.
The group’s residential company. It takes a building from brief and design through construction, then remains responsible for the common areas, the services and the people who live there.
- Site, design and construction oversight
- Units described plainly before a commitment
- Power, water, drainage and fire safety planned in
- A named contact after residents move in
How the group works
Companies run. The group holds the standard.
Each company keeps its own customers, contracts and day-to-day managers. Axis Group sets what “good” means across them: safety, clean paperwork, assets that are maintained, and a person who answers.
Safety before speed
Fuel moves in tankers, ships come alongside, and buildings hold families. No company is asked to skip a control to make a date look better.
Paper that can be explained
Supply contracts, service charges and unit information are written so a client or resident can see what they are paying for.
Assets are kept
A station, a truck or an apartment building is a long asset. Maintenance is part of the business, not a later apology.
Nigeria, from Abuja
The working office is in Wuse II. Energy and maritime work run beyond the city. Apartment projects follow the sites. Investment sits behind all three.
Transaxis Energy
Six ways the energy company earns its keep.
The public business is integrated on purpose: product, trucks, stations and the hardware those stations sit on. Cleaner fuels are already in the capital plan, not a slogan beside it.
Bulk PMS and AGO
Scheduled and on-demand petrol and diesel for construction, industry and institutions, with a dedicated account manager and room for emergency loads.
Thirteen own tankers
The fleet is managed inside the company, with route planning, driver training and depot coordination, so a delivery does not depend on a hired truck that may not show up.
Solar-hybrid stations
The retail network has been converted to solar-hybrid power so pumps can run when the grid does not. Selected stations also offer LPG top-up.
Depots and forecourts
Design, construction, commissioning and operation of tank farms, storage and retail forecourts for the company’s own growth and for partners.
CNG and LPG
A 5.67 MMSCFD CNG mother station and five daughter stations are under development, with regulatory approvals in hand. LPG supply is expanding alongside that.
Lubricants and chemicals
Automotive and industrial lubricants, plus industrial chemicals and polymers, sold with the same supply discipline as the fuels.
The Axis Apartment
A residence is a building that still works in year five.
The apartment company is judged on handover and on the Tuesday after handover: water, power, drainage, fire safety, a service charge a resident can read, and someone who picks up the phone.
Brief
Who the homes are for, how many can honestly fit the land, and what power, water and access the site can actually support.
Design
Structure, wet areas, kitchens, stairs, lifts and fire routes are drawn before concrete sets the mistakes in place.
Build
Construction is supervised against those drawings. Changes are written down. Finishes are checked before anyone is asked to pay for a completed home.
Tell the truth about the unit
Size, what is fitted, what the resident owns, and what the service charge is meant to cover — stated before a commitment, not after keys are handed over.
Handover
Snags are listed. Meters, keys, manuals and the house rules move with the unit. A named contact is introduced.
Stay
Common areas, generators or solar plant, water treatment and security are operated as a service. Requests are logged until they are closed.
Energy supply partners
Transaxis Energy buys from named sources.
These are the supply relationships the energy company publishes. They are how product keeps moving when one depot or one cargo is tight.
Dangote Petroleum Refinery
Official distributorship appointment for domestic sales of locally refined products.
NNPC Trading Limited
Refined products for retail and bulk customers.
MRS Oil Nigeria Plc
Depot access and product diversity for bulk and corporate supply.
A.A. Rano and Rano Upstream
Trading and distribution options that support bulk deliveries.
Nigerian Gas Marketing Limited
Natural gas and gas-based products for the energy-transition portfolio.
Prudent Energy, Rainoil, Matrix, Techno Oil, NIPCO
Further depot, haulage, LPG and import depth across the downstream market.
