What the company is
Transaxis Energy was incorporated in Nigeria in 2019. It works across the midstream and downstream oil and gas chain: the marketing, distribution, supply and logistics of refined products for industries, institutions, projects and retail customers.
The company serves both a growing retail network and a corporate bulk book. Bulk relationships include major construction, rail and infrastructure contractors. Product is sourced through structured appointments and trading lines, including Dangote Petroleum Refinery and NNPC Trading, rather than from a single cargo.
Its own statement of direction is to be among Nigeria’s leading suppliers of energy and petroleum products, known for reliability, and to keep expanding while holding integrity, efficiency and safety. Day to day, that shows up as on-time delivery, regulatory compliance, and money spent on cleaner fuels as well as on diesel.
Solutions
From the depot gate to the nozzle.
Corporate and bulk fuel
AGO and PMS on a schedule, or called in when a site is about to stop. Clients get an account manager, planned drops and emergency loads. Volumes to date are above 50 million litres for construction and infrastructure companies.
Logistics and haulage
Thirteen tanker trucks are run internally so the company is not waiting on a third-party fleet. Routes are planned around road safety and depot windows. Drivers are trained. Equipment is maintained to an HSE standard. Telematics, ERP, automatic tank gauging and point-of-sale links are being brought in so a client can see a delivery rather than chase it.
Retail energy
Stations are supplied from the company’s own bulk and logistics system, which reduces the stock-outs that hit independent operators. Every station in the network now runs on solar-hybrid power, aimed at 24-hour uptime when the grid fails. Fuel quality follows the same verified supply channels as the bulk book. LPG refill has started at selected sites.
EPC and storage
The company designs, builds, commissions and can operate tank farms, depots and retail forecourts. Storage is treated as part of supply security: product on the ground when the market is tight.
CNG, LPG and transition
Regulatory approvals are in place and a 5.67 MMSCFD CNG mother station is at an advanced stage, with five daughter stations to extend refuelling. Land is secured for CNG and LPG conversion centres. LCNG feasibility and design are underway. LPG for cooking and industry is expanding in parallel. This sits beside Nigeria’s wider shift toward gas and lower-cost fleet fuel.
Lubricants and chemicals
High-performance automotive and industrial lubricants, with industrial chemicals and polymers. They ride the same account management as the fuels, for fleets that would rather buy from one desk.
| Product | How it is used |
|---|---|
| PMS — premium motor spirit | Petrol for retail stations and bulk corporate customers, sourced through checked channels. |
| AGO — automotive gas oil | Diesel on a schedule or on demand for construction, plant, industry and institutions. |
| LPG | Liquefied petroleum gas for cleaner cooking and industrial use, including top-up at selected stations and a wider cylinder push. |
| CNG | Compressed natural gas from the mother-and-daughter network now in development: 5.67 MMSCFD of mother-station capacity and five daughter stations. |
| Lubricants, chemicals, polymers | Automotive and industrial lubricants, plus a chemicals and polymers range for operating sites. |

How to start
Send the product, the volume, the location and whether the need is scheduled or urgent. The commercial desk aims to answer within one business day.
Standards the company states
Integrity. Business done openly and inside regulation.
Reliability. Delivery on the time that was agreed.
Efficiency. Fewer wasted kilometres, fewer failed lifts, more value from the same litre.
Sustainability. CNG, LPG and solar-hybrid stations as operating investments, including land already secured for conversion centres.
The company also publishes its own site at transaxisenergy.com, which carries the same operating picture: bulk supply, logistics, retail, EPC and the gas programme.
